The jacket I purchased was not the model advertised. When I contacted the seller to let them know and request a refund, I did not receive a response. I had to escalate the issue to eBay, when a return was then offered. The return was sent back in a timely fashion and multiple days passed without receiving my refund. When I contacted the seller, they told me it was “eBay’s responsibility” to issue the refund. I then had to open a case. All could have been avoided with clearer communication.
