It aids in squat rows at home exercise. Specifically, it is good for those with problems on impact squats. It still does affect your knees some, but less. I can't say doing this alone would give you gains but with the youtube videos, it is a streneous workout. The set up did take only 10 minutes, while the putting away and setting it up again is a quick process. It is about 20 lbs and fits in the closet like a vaccuum. It has many adjustable settings like more 'weight' tension, 90/60/0 degree angle squats, or different type of arm rows. I can watch other videos and watch the workout videos with a timer and instructions.

Easy to assembly. Works fine wish there was a little more adustment for the seat I have a hard time getting my big legs on the pedels. Also wish the pedels were farther apart as I have a hard time keeping feet on pedels. Legs also rub on the big left side bolt. I have covered the bolt so that's not a problem anymore.

A wonderful full body workout. Easy to store and doesn't take up a lot of space. I affectionately call it "The Beast" b/c a 15 minute workout can leave you weak in the legs for a bit. I am reasonably handy. but I did not find the assembly manual EASY to follow. Could use some revising. I Love the workout videos posted on You Tube. Nice and easy to follow. I am using 1 resistance band and that is all I can handle at the moment. I have been using the Rower for a week now.
