The item was not as pictured. The shoes I ordered had scuffs on the sides and bottom so obviously had been worn before. Also they had no tags on them even though the description said new with tags. I reached out to the seller but they were no help. Also shipping was really slow especially for a $15 charge. Starting a claim with eBay.

I sent the right item. Unsused. Buyer asked for a partial refund and as a very small business, ran in my home with the help of my kids, I rather agree to a partial refund and keep the buyer happy than to have a bad review affect my sales since this is how i pay my bills and rent. Buyer go a partial refund and still left me negative feedback knowing that her claim was false.
