This henna is dry and you can't work with it. There so dry the cones look empty. It does not flow at all come out in poops and have to force it to stick to the skin.

Issued customer a full refund for the part and also offered to ship 4 kits no charge as a reconciliation. There was one bad kit out of the 1000 that I have avaialble and I always do what I can to help my customers with any issues at all so long as I am given that opprotunity. I am always happy to help in any way I can and sincerely apologize for this issue.
