No star rating yet (haven't opened the box). But so far seller response and shipping have been excellent. I ordered on the weekend., item shipped on Monday, and received on Wednesday. Item (large) was in shrink wrapped, blacked out packaging so content was unseen. Mark "Fragile" multiple times on all sides. Signature was required for this expensive item.
