After buying the product and waiting over two weeks I attempted to contact the seller, after no response for over 24 hours and taking a look at the negative feedback I opened up a case requesting a refund. The seller responded afterwards notifying me of the situation and I apologized and am rescinding my statements from the case. They refunded me and still sent the item afterwards. Not sure about the other cases but this one is A++

Paid for my item on April 15th. A shipping label was created on April 16th. I reached out to seller twice asking when my item would ship. No response ever! Seller waited until last available delivery date then refunded the money. This is one of the WORST seller experiences I've had on eBay.

Learned my lesson the hard way about checking a seller’s reviews BEFORE buying. After a week and nothing happening I messaged the seller I was going to request a refund if another week went by and they got back and told me they had health issues. Ok, I understand. Status never changed from “Awaiting parcel” for two weeks. I didn’t want to draw this out any further, so I got a refund. I understand life gets in the way, but you cannot repeatedly neglect your obligations as a seller!
