This part was absolutely more than I expected. I just installed it and it works like a dream. Completely fixed my power steering leak. They were amazing to deal with. I don't know the woman's name who answered the phone when I called, but that woman deserves a raise. She was so helpful. Within 20 minutes of finalizing the sale, she was already boxing it up and sending it out. The next day I had the pump, and like I said it's perfect. I couldn't ask for more for the money. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Sellers like this ruin eBay's credibility, and is why many people don't trust eBay. Zero response to messages. After 5 days, the item still wasn't marked as "shipped. I simply asked why it hasn't shipped yet and my order was cancelled the next day with no explanation. If item was not available, I shouldn't have to wait 6 days to find this out! Such a waste of time! I should have read all the other negative feedback before purchasing from this seller, because this seems to be a common problem.
