The item was delivered to a difference location and not to the address on the postage label. But I have to say the seller was outstanding on finding where. the item was, and then retrieving it, although when they finally got the item it was broken. The seller then gave me a full refund with no problems at all, and sent me the movement and the dial of the clock totally free of charge. I have never dealt with any seller that has gone through so much trouble to sort out an issue.
