I received less than half of the liquid product. The seller refused to refund after I verified that fact. I opened a return and we could not come to an understanding. The seller continued to say it was new, unopened. The seller is obviously lying and was going try and resell it. I closed the return because I was not going to return it. I did not realize that it would close the case. I have been unable to find any type of means to contact eBay for a resolution and help with a refund. BEWARE SCAM

The item was brand new at time of shipping, as were similar items I purchased at the same time. I offered the buyer to return the product, but she chose not to. The buyer weighed the product on a scale to show it was not the correct fluid ounces. A scale measures mass, not fluid ounces. The buyer then poured the product in a measuring cup, destroying the product. The buyer said she does not want to return the product, but she wants a refund. This is not ebay policy.
