On taking it out from the carrying case it looked brand new and came with everything. I had an issue booting it up, but once I figured how to do it, it was working perfectly. The only issue I found was with the carrying case as for some reason I am unable to close it from one side. No matter how much I try it won't close, but other than that I am happy with my purchase.
