    It works fine, is my first Dyson vacuum and its very strong but in my unit i dont know if theres supposed to have a light behind the power button which is clear and is hard to push, the good thing is the 5 year warranty advertised on the description But the misleading thing is when your ordering and they labeled it NEW which when checking my order i was excited about for a great deal, but when checking the description i saw NEW Condition OPEN Box, that part i think is misleading thats it

    Powerful and heavy

    A very strong, but heavy vacuum. I had to contact dyson to get the "easier push" head, due to the stock head having a problem of being hard to push. As far as power, there is power a plenty, will vacuum almost anything. The new head that dyson sent (under warranty) works well, and the roller doesn't get tangled even on the dog hair from my great pyrenees.I would not recommend this for weak people, as it takes some strength to move it around, but other than that its good.

    Life-changing Vacuum

    I have rheumatoid arthritis and vacuuming is one of those chores which is very painful for me to complete. This is the first vacuum I have used without pain since my diagnosis six years ago.     I’ve had 4 Dyson since the 2002 USA launch 23 years none ever stopped working just wanted newer versions and the upgraded attachments. This is my first animal ball and love how easy it is to turn and get close to the corners. The extra long hose for attachments now I can reach my crown molding with ease. Dyson has been the most reliable vac I’ve ever owned in my 50+ yrs of life my animal v6 original cordless stick vac is still going strong but I will be back for V15! A++
