Starts right up
After an estimate of over $1200 for the dealership to replace the starter, I found an aftermarket starter for $150. I felt pretty proud of myself for finding such an inexpensive part... until it did'nt work and I had to put the old starter back in. Then I bought this Genuine Toyota Starter. The job was difficult because of the location of the starter and the lack of a truck lift but once it was in, the Tundra started with a quick turn. Won't cheap out again with parts. This starter is awesome it was actually smaller then the original one in my truck because it’s a mini high torque starter which was perfect so I didn’t have to mess with taking my exhaust apart to swap starters
