Internal parts such as entire 2.5" drive bay assembly were missing, RAM cooling covers missing, badly SWELLED battery that was not indicated by Seller in listing. Seller agrees to accept this return but this Seller refuses to send me a prepaid RETURN shipping label, and is making me go through the eBay 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee ........... but WHY ?? Just please, please send me a RETURN LABEL, PLEASE !!
