Product Information

Based on the popular Nick Jr. series that turns real classroom animals into animation, Wonder Pets! Save the Animals! lets players team up with Linny the Guinea Pig, Ming-Ming Duckling, and Turtle Tuck to help save a number of injured animals. Players can use the DS stylus to tap, drag, and circle their way through a number of animal-aiding activities, including pulling a thorn from the paw of a Bengal tiger, building a ladder to save a stranded baby panda bear, and towing a chimpanzee astronaut to safety. The game features all the real voices from the animated series, and players can do some talking of their own in activities that make use of the DS microphone.

    Bought for granddaughter

    I bought this game for my 5 yr old granddaughter and found out my 8 yr old granddaughter loves it too. Perfect game for a younger player.

    Great for a four year old!!

    My little girl got this as a present for her fourth birthday. The games seem pretty simple. It does have color recognition, so thats good. She likes to dress the characters up in their different outfits/costumes. It's decent for her age, but I can see where much older and the child would thinks its boring.

    Short but Sweet

    My daughter (5) was new to DS, so we selected this game rated for Early Childhood. It is very simple with no reading so she could play it on her own. It really would be better if it had more content though. She can finish it in less than half hour. There are three animals to save using a series of simple mini games. ie: say "pull" in the microphone to encourage the wonderpets while they are pulling, or simple tracing with the stylus. It's cute but over so quick

    Simple and easy

    My kids love this game. They love watching the wonder pets and they've learned so much from them without even knowing it. Whenever I try to teach them things they always say "Mom, we don't like learning!". The wonder pets game takes the fight out of the lesson. It's simple and easy! They don't even know they are learning!

    Great game for young children!

    My daughter is 3 and loves playing her DS. The only problem with it is there aren't too many games simple enough for her. But, the moment she started playing it she fell in love. At first she needed a little guidance, but it is a great beginner game for younger kids. I'm sure for the older kids would get bored with it fast. But, I guess with it being wonder pets it is geared towards the older toddlers.
