Rack makes my canning process so much easier!
The canning rack I received when I purchased my canning supplies never really worked for me. It was flimsy and the side handles which were supposed to be used to lift the jars out from the pot always fell back into the pot! The design of this rack is fabulous because it can be reversed, depending on whether you are canning quarts, pints or half pints. I've used it MANY times already and will probably purchase a second rack so I can stack them when processing a larger batch. Worked Well
This canning rack works as advertised. I'd been using wet rags to separate jars from each other in the canning bath; and this makes separation much easier. Wish I'd gotten two so I could stack them, though this would only work with half pint jars short enough to fit in a pot stacked up.
