I sent the following reply to the seller, mrgraphic: "The GE cooktop received met all the criteria as advertised. It was shipped, well packed. I had to cut 1/4" off the side of my counter to install but expected to have to do this anyway. Installation was no problem. All five burners worked well. My wife, Mary Jane, thinks of it as a new unit. Overall I consider it very good value for money. Marshall Stark
