the item i received was not what i ordered which was a home perm. item i received had my tracking #273631916011, but inside the package was a yoga mat. the lady who the package was for lives about 5 miles from mem came and got her package. the package had her address on box which was a po box# in new castle, co when i live. i decided to settle the case with the seller (huno-9285) case # 5335943010, but i never received my package (home perm) nor a refund. i'm asking e-bay to step in and get me a

The product was never delivered. It was shipped to the wrong address. I tracked the package, and an image revealed a house that was not mine. I asked the seller to please provide the address to which they shipped it and didn't receive a response. Luckily, the item was only $14, so I wasn't out too much. However, this may not be the case for other products. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this seller, at least for US-based consumers.
