Seller sent two different sizes. The boots were supposed to be a 9W. Sent left one a 9W. the The right boot was a 9M. The listing clearly said 9W in two places. Boot was CLEARLY marked as 9M - both on the inside of the top of the boot and on the sole of the boot. Whoever packed this order for shipment didn't bother to check to see that they were both 9W. I asked her to find/send me the orther (right) size 9W. She threatened me for continuing to email her. I just want the 9W right boot.

Worst seller I have ever had to deal with in over 10 years. Refused to find the right boot - didn't care about the fact she sent two different sizes. Spent two days shopping for a pair of boots I needed for an event and wasted hours of time and gas. She blamed her warehouse? Well if they are lazy, blind or not so bright maybe you need to retrain or replace them. All I wanted was the boots in the right size - but that was too much to ask. And she threatened me for emailing her. Horrible.
