The dress is a good value for the price and is lightweight cotton for the summer weather. The cotton fabric keeps its shape so nicely; unlike so many of these dresses that are limp t-shirt cotton. It runs very big so I wish I had purchased a Small. I didn’t exchange for a better size but instead only wear around my house and deck.

This fabric feels like scratchy canvas, it is not stretchy, not true to size, and poorly made. It does not look like the picture. Seller does not want to process a full refund, stating that they will offer me 30% of what I paid. They claim to ship would be very expensive. I do not mind paying the $8 that I know it will be because I looked it up. The return address on the envelope says Inglewood, CA but the ebay listing shows this item location as Miami. SCAM SITE!
