    I was diagnosed with low testosterone levels. I started using androgel at a low dose. Bad side effects, and I found a forum online (do a search for Tnation), and realized that I was barking up the wrong tree. I am not a holistic healing type, I don't even take vitamins and the only supplements I've ever taken were for building muscle. So I was hesitant, but I started taking natures way kelp for the iodine to help my (sub clinical) thyroid levels. I take 3 capsules at night and 3 in the morning.     Kelp cured my slow thyroid!

    My doctor wanted to schedule me for surgery to remove my thyroid but instead I took kelp and vitamin C. Surgery was canceled and replaced with a small pill I take daily. Thanks to kelp. I no longer have a slow thyroid which causes all sorts of health concerns.
