BUYERS BEWARE!!! DECEITFUL AND BAIT AND SWITCH was used on this purchase. Initially they sent the incorrect size from what was both advertised on the site and the packing slip. I was initially sent a mini, not full size. I reached out to the buyer, sent pictures to them. They said they would send the correct size and to keep the mini size. Then I was sent a 3/4 used product in place of it. I have reached out again in disgust. See pictures. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!

The items were sealed when they were sent to the buyer, no way would we send a 3/4 used product, especially cosmetics. I would tell sellers to be aware of this buyer. I'm sorry but we have offered a full refund even though it was not our fault. We go out of way to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied or they get their money back. SELLERS BEWARE.
