    I noticed a difference in circulation

    By appearance these did not look comfortable. But they are comfortable and well thought out. I have leukemia and am struggling with circulation in legs and feet. These made an immediate impact with circulation. I wear these inserts with copper compression socks. Good combo. I like them very much. I am a size 12 and these only go to 10 in the description. I was skeptical of that. But they work fine for larger sizes. They don't move around in your foot bed. Stays in place and does the trick. I saw numerous other variations on a theme with copper insoles. But went with these because of the way the copper circles are placed. It just seemed like it would be more penetrating and effective. And it truly is.

    Made a difference for me.

    I average about 9 miles per day just at work, and putting these under a thin gel insole has made my feet much happier at day's end. (Went up a half size with this combo)

    Didn't help foot pain

    Maybe if your feet are just slightly sore these would work, but they didn't help at all for Plantar fasciitis/Achilles tendonitis pain. I'm on my feet all day and wasn't able to wear them longer than a week before getting something else for more immediate relief.

    Nice insoles

    They work well if you have narrow feet. They do not work if you have wide feet. More than half of your instep is without the use of the insole. I would only recommend them if you don't wear wide shoes.
