The outer shipping box however, arrived in very poor condition, one side was completely split, and the packing tape was coming off both the top and bottom. I think the issue was that it was a heavy item in a box that was much deeper but had no extra packing on top of it, so it must have shifted during transit and tore apart the box. Luckily only 2 of the item's corners were dented but nothing inside was damaged.
