Item did not work. CPU stated in description it was a dell locked cpu. Updated bios on dell mobo still didnt post. And no returns... terribly upset. Turns out he was super responsive and understanding. He reached out to me to help troubleshoot and find the issues. Although we came to same conclusion, he was very helpful and genuinely concerned about the issue. Thanks!!! Stellar Customer Service award go to parts.cafe!
