The next day I tried it after showering and the first setting was more than enough to contract the foot and calf muscles. On a dry day and dry skin, it may not be as strong as on a humid day. Something to be prepared for, as you really feel the current pass through you with moist skin. I am very satisfied. Great for the price. Thanks for the fast shipping also.
