I’m very happy with my roof rails! I ordered all black but received the silver by accident. I wrote them to see what we could do about swapping out the silver for the black. They wrote me back immediately, apologizing for the mix up and that they would get me out the black asap. I received a tracking number a few hours later. Absolutely fantastic customer service and will be back again for sure.
