Listed as "“Wolfgang Puck 2.1-Pint 2 Cooling Chip Ice Cream Maker Open Box”" But it was obvious that the item had been used and shipping box had been used before. It did not work as stated. Plus the seller forgot about return merchandise sheet that was stuck to the top of inside of the box. The sheet was marked as DEFECTIVE with a refund issued. Ebay removed the photo of the return sheet from this feedback. Seller was reluctant to refund until case was escalated to eBay Customer Support
