Smooth transaction. Fast delivery. But, poorly packaged for shipping. That is, the paper envelope used for shipping arrived very badly torn. In fact, I'm surprised that the post office didn't deliver a torn, empty envelope to me. I have uploaded several photos showing the tears to the left and right sides of the envelope. The Seller needs a sturdier envelope to ship items long-distance. However, the utility knife was new and exactly as described. I am very happy with it. ...Thank you!!
