Unfortunately the floss spool in the package was defective--it had no loose piece of floss to unwind off the spool, and slicing in to the outside of the spool could not produce a string that would easily unspool the spool. The seller was wonderful though, and promptly sent me a refund after I sent photos and requested a refund. The floss was mailed quickly after I placed the order. Good experience with this seller, it was the product that was defective.

    It works!

    I took a picture of my knee replacement scar as of Feb. 22, 2022 — the first day I used Mederma. My surgery was December 28, 2021. I Took another picture today, May 8, 2022, a little over two months later and what a difference!! I religiously used the once-a-day Mederma Advanced. I am definitely pleased and will continue to use Mederma Advanced daily for 6 months post op.

    Review of the Mederma.

    This product worked well for me, of course heal up takes time. I had a surgery scar since 2016, applied twice a day, have been used for a month, the scar looks smaller. Happy with this product, will buy more.
