I am sorry it took me two days to read the one message that you sent that did not include photos of the missing stone you say is missing on the brand new BRACELET you purchased had I been given a chance to resolve the issue before feedback was left I gladly would have and am still happy to once I receive photos. As in none of the photos I have of the bracelet are any stones missing.
