Their shipping time frames are a week off, double the time promoted on their post. This may be click bait to get the sale. They shipped by sticking a label on the shoe box which of course got torn in transit. Know that this may cause damage to your purchase to include missing items due to poor shipping procedures. When this seller was offered to make a partial refund, a full refund or return the item, they will opt to make you spend more time and return the item. This is their attitude!
