I've been taking this supplement for about 10 days and it is helping with mood and memory. It's not a huge difference but definitely enough that I want to keep taking it. Gingko Biloba helped but it also would increase my heart rate.

Lion's mane is a lifesaver!
My husband was diagnosed with vascular dementia a few years ago and didn't even recognize me but after six months of taking lions mane he is back to his old self. May not work for everyone but definitely worth trying.

They do not extract the fruiting(top/cap) of mushrooms where the majority of the healthy properties are. If you’re going to spend money on your health do your research, like I should have before buying a few of these! “Four Sigmatic” is the best I’ve found for quality mushroom supplements. They often have sales especially bundled items so you can try a variety of products. Swanson is a great company for most supplements but for mushroom related products I would look elsewhere for better value They do not extract the fruiting(top/cap) of mushrooms where the majority of the healthy properties are.
