Ordered the k18 hair product-everything was well until about 2 and a half weeks after I received & 2 uses in & started to notice a weird smell (had a couple others smell it to confirm) what can only be described as burning plastic. My mother has the same product & it does NOT smell like that. I ordered this because I was told it was NOT expired. Lesson learned. Messaged the seller, no response. I know it says they don't accept returns but I'm really disappointed that I got a defective/bad item.
