I ordered a size 8 B pair of sneakers and received a size 8.5 D. When I contacted the seller, their response was that there was no way the wrong size was sent. Yet here I am, stuck with a shoe that is far too big for me.
I buy online for the convenience. Having to pack the shoes back up, print a label, and return them at the post office is a huge inconvenience for me. If the seller was apologetic for their mistake, this experience wouldn’t have been as negative.
