You can tell form the feel as I opened it and looking at the bottles and comparing them to the oned that were not oily you can see a difference in the contents of the oil when they were held up right, some oil was lost.

The product came to me during these hot weather melted down to half the containers. I loss half the product. The packaging was a mess as well (the shea butter had liquified; every container). I had to send it back. The company was great about it, returned my money but I wished they would have suggested alternative methods of packaging to get the product to me safely.
