We didn’t receive the package due to no having apartment number on parcel, which normally we gave. We asked courier company to deliver the package but they told us that sender should do it. Then we reached the seller and asked him to request delivery by giving apartment number to courier but he didn’t take care of it well. That is why item returned and seller asked me to pay extra for second shipment. It is totally not understandable and fair. All in all, i am not pleasant with this delivery.

It's unfortunate that I got negative feedback because the buyer did not have the proper address in eBay. Once the buyer contacted me to let me know that the fog lights could not be delivered because the apartment number was missing, I called UPS about this but the fog lights had already been sent back to me.
Future buyers, please make sure your address is correct so that the package can be delivered.
