The seller was very professional and went the "extra mile" in a number of ways. First, she consolidated shipping (tlowering my cost) and then she refunded some of the items' costs when she realized the price might be too high. Neither of these actions had been requested by me. When I contact her because the items appeared to be stuck in a UK airport, she prompted looked into the matter staying in regular contact with me until the items finally arrived. I cannot recommender her enough.
