Best smoothing under eye product
I discovered this some time ago and it is the best application to use before under eye makeup, even on the lid before applying shadow. It totally keeps the eye area smooth and it doesn't take much. I am middle aged and this balm totally beats the jojoba oil over under eye concealer trick. No moisturizer has come close to achieving these results. I have an extremely sensitive under eye and I have not reacted to this, it really is soothing. Good for what it is
I needed an eye cream that didn't cause an allergic reaction. That would be this. It doesn't have a good emoliant to it. It doesn't hydrate all day. I'm looking for something else,but will use this till then.
