The seller was dishonest, the description left out the fact the bike did not run and had not ran for some time. I would be very hesitant to purchase an item from him.

Why are we being dishonest? We communicated several times by phone & texts when your trucker came to pick it up, sent you shipping pictures and all. If you had doubts the ad did say "just ask" After the bike had been serviced by Pitstop Engineering yes it was put away in storage but it does run and you should not have any problems by putting in a fresh new battery and going through all the fluids, etc. Why would we do all engine work and sell you bike that was not running.
