Despite initial problems in getting this product, the seller was amazingly prompt in communicating and making things right for me. I appreciated her personal concern. When the package arrived it was well packed and all I hoped for. I'm old enough to know that problems do occur in life, but this seller went the extra mile and that's worth a lot.

Seller listed coat as medium, but was a large. Seller also did not send the fur trim for the hood. Seller first said coat was labeled a medium until I sent picture of tag showing it was large. I requested to return - seller said they would refund me. Refunded me for jacket but not for shipping. Then said would refund my shipping via e-transfer but never did and stopped replying to messages. Had to open a case against seller to receive full refund. Very disappointing experience with this seller.
