Hi, I did contact the seller. The item was marked as new. When I received the Michael Kors bag it was not new. It was used. The bad was scuffed. The corners of the bag were worn. It was missing the logo lock. It was also package poorly in amazon packaging. I have plenty of pictures to prove how I received this item. The seller argued with me and then refused to return my messages.

Seller's description very misleading. If truthful, I wouldn't have bought them. Described as "medium" bag with shells. Miche has four bag sizes, petite &classic are small, Prima is the largest, & demi is the mid-size bag. I unfortunately thought "medium" would be the demi size, but these are all prima, & I hate bags that big. With the cost of the bags in a size that was not as advertised & shipping, I paid $84 dollars for something I will never use with no reutrns. BUYER BEWARE of this seller!
