    This is the Christmas present you vet wants this year! Hands down the best ointment for bites, scratches and cuts available on the market, in the world. I can not live without this stuff. A lifesaver for parents as the local anaesthetic WORKS. And FAST. Howling toddlers with bleeding bobos get almost instant pain relief and the antibiotic works to prevent infections developing, leading to quicker healing. Referred to in our house as “magic cream”. This is a game changer. There is even a version that reduces scarring. Buy it, you will never be without it.

    good but seems a changed product

    This product has changed - the previous neosporin we bought was a different formulation. Not pleased about the change but is still far better than anything that can be bought in a UK pharmacy as far as I know. The old cream got 5* and was great at helping wounds heal.
