Had to use my own hex key as the provided Allen wrench didn't have the best fit. Also, the adapters only seemed to fit either top or bottom. They looked identical, so I had assumed they would fit in either location. Instructions would've helped, but it wasn't something I couldn't figure out after a few minutes. Combined shipping with the strap was a good value.
