I tried it out last night, and OMG, it has so many ways to adjust it to get comfortable. I have a bad knee and hip, and this was the first time I was able to sit back and read without pain. It came in a box and wrapped in plastic. It said it takes 24 hours to refresh from being compacted. It took about 2 and the memory foam is so nice. I am impressed with the quality of this pillow set.
