I honestly cannot praise this seller enough - the whole transaction has been first rate. Great communication (including reaching out to verify it was the correct part for my computer), very well packed, premium fast courier service, item exactly as described and superb value. Have installed in my computer and it is working perfectly. Would recommend highly. Very many thanks.

Quality item, from a very professional vendor. The disks was factory recertified as stated and appeared in mint condition. The price was superb. ETB are a proper Enterprise IT supplier, so if you are buying for Home-office, or business use you are in great hands, and it is FAR safer than buying a secondhand disk from dodgy-dave in the shed. Highly recommended, although I would personally suggest asking them to ship via DPD instead of UPS - as UPS weren't that great at keeping everyone informed!
