The product arrived incomplete, lacking one sheet, and was delivered on December 2nd, nearly a month later than the initially promised delivery date of November 6th. The seller never updated the delay during the period. I asked for a partial refund or a return label, but the seller refused. I had to ask Ebay to step in and Ebay decided in my favor.
