Article was identified as "new in box". When it arrived I could clearly see it had been installed, did not work for that person and returned to the original vendor. Since the vendor did not accept returns I decided to see if the device could be taken appart and recalibrated to work properly. I feel foolish for not having bought a real new in box.

Never did this customer question this part, or ask for a refund because it was used???Almost 90 days later he puts this up??? eBay has a 100% Customer Satisfaction, and I would have returned his money as long as the product wasn't used. Once again NEVER REACHED OUT TO ME!!!!
