I ordered 2 dresses from this seller. Each 9.98. I received 1 at a price of 19.98. With ridiculous shipping the total was over 30.00!! Contacted seller who advised to cancel return and start another with different reason for return. I did and now can't submit another return request! So I'm out over $30.00!! Seller says I can return item and THEN I will receive refund. Be careful dealing with this seller. Ebay has really gone downhill!

Our records indicate that the buyer purchased a single dress at $19.98 plus shipping. The claim of purchasing two dresses at a different price is inaccurate. I provided instructions for returning the item for a full refund as per eBay policy. Refunds are processed AFTER the returned item is received and verified. This standard practice protects both buyers and sellers. I'm disappointed by the false feedback and will report it to eBay.
