Give it a try, might reduce need for meds
pretty simple, inflates and supports your neck. in my case it did make a big impact on the pain I was having in my neck but I was already partly recovering and I was on meds. I think its a good value and worth trying when you have a severe pain problem and want to see if you can get some relief.
