Tomastik js110 10-44 flat wound strings
Best strings I've used in my 40+ years of playing.. Long lasting, bright, very smooth , tune up fast, stay in tune , the only downside is they may be a little pricey for some players..I haven't had any breakage or issues and have been playing this brand for about 10 years now ..

Simply the Best Flatwound Strings!
I tried these last year to see if they were worth the extra price. They are!!! I have had three sets now and I am about to order another for a new Jazz guitar I just got. One set went to my Son who plays a vintage ES-175. The feel, sound and the durability are better than anything else I have tried. And they say their special material at the top of the strings helps them stay in tune longer.
